Since 2005, the staff at Elegance To Simplicity Catering offers clients and their guests the best food catering services. Our Manassas, Virginia-based event catering team is made up of hardworking cooking professionals. We make every meal with a smile. No matter what clients want on their menu, we’ll prepare it! Our team uses the freshest ingredients to make each dish. This way, every bite tastes delectable.
Meet Our Owner
Our founder, Andrew Schneider, is the sole proprietor and head chef of our establishment. With his extensive culinary knowledge and experience, he has the skills to prepare all types of dishes. Andrew served as a chef while in the Marine Corps for 26 years. It was during this time that he honed his skills, preparing meals for six Commandants.
He also put his culinary talents to the test by participating in the International Culinary Olympics. Andrew and his team competed against more than 25 nations and 100 independent chefs. His team won diplomas for its efforts.
