Andrew has served as a chef in the Marine Corps for 26 years honing his skills while serving as a chef for 6 Commandants of the Marine Corps. He has placed in international culinary Olympics.
Joanne Schneider serves as the E2S culinary design expert and event planner.
Joanne received her Bachelors degree in fine arts from the prestigious Corcoran college of art and design.
